Canadian-made monster spoof for kids ... I must have watched this series in Flint, Michigan during my pre-pubescence, but didn't recall it at all til stumbling upon this tribute site. Then all of a sudden the bells went off ... the Wolfman and the Grammar Slammer Bammer in particular have been holed up in my subconscious, just waiting for the proper moment to pounce.
