MAD FOXES
I bought a Canadian-release VHS tape of this wild, unpredictable Spanish film for about a buck at Crazy Mike's in Missoula, Montana. It's pretty rare stateside, but this trailer condenses the entire story into three minutes so you can get the jist of it here. Violent as hell and yes, that's Krokus on the soundtrack.

INTREPIDOS PUNKS
The opening sequence of Intrepidos Punks, a remarkable Mexican exploitation film from 1980. Seriously, this one is insane, everyone should see it. The VHS copy they have at Scarecrow doesn't have English subtitles, but it doesn't matter. Nothing is lost.

GIRL TROUBLE
Girl Trouble weren't invited to the big Sub Pop SP-20 festival, even though the band's debut LP was also Sub Pop's first long player (a 1988 split release with K Records called Hit It Or Quit It, matrix number K-SP20). So they invited themselves, and played an acoustic show outside the official concert on the grounds of Merrymoor Park. Find out more about Girl Trouble at their official web presence. Thanks for the tip, Kendall.

RABID
Adult film star Marilyn Chambers (Behind the Green Door, Insatiable) meets sci-fi/horror auteur David Cronenberg (Scanners, Videodrome, The Fly) in 1977 Canada.
Posted by Klutzfilmstudent, who has several more Cronenberg classics to share plus this minor masterpiece of Canadian horror ... My Bloody Valentine
Oh, what the hell ...
LAST HOUSE ON THE LEFT
A truly disturbing, harrowing cinematic experience, presented here in its entirety, the 1972 shocker Last House on the Left ... director Wes Craven went on to create the Nightmare on Elm Street and Scream franchises, but this film is very, very different.

AGNOSTIC FRONT
On The Uncle Floyd Show circa 1986 ... powerful sounds rendered impotent through lip-synching. They shoulda known better.
Here's them via Flipside Video the same year. This is more like it. Music starts two minutes in.
